Overview
ScoutTraks is an innovative solution designed to make construction project budgeting management simple. The construction industry is a fast-paced environment, and project managers face significant challenges in ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. In response to these challenges, we developed ScoutTrack - an iPad app that enables foreman and managers to track progress and manage their construction projects.
Main features
The Challenge
One of the primary design challenges we faced with ScoutTraks was to create an interface that would be easy for construction workers to use on the go. We focused on creating large hit areas, simple navigation, and intuitive tools that could be accessed with just a few taps of the finger.
Goal
An App that project managers can keep track of progress, identify potential issues, and make data-driven decisions to keep projects on track.
